She was predeceased by: her husband Otto Cibulka; her brother Edward Vaculik; her son-in-law Donald Vasicek; and her great grandchild Sophia Ella Rose Vasicek. She is survived by: her daughter Kitty Vasicek; her grandchildren, Niki Culpitt and Kris Vasicek (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Dylan Culpitt, Oakley, Heath, Jayda and Elon Vasicek.
