He is survived by: his parents, Carson Jotham and Karen Jotham (Wells); his son Justin Jotham (Anna); his granddaughters, Libby Leis and Toryann Jotham; his siblings, Randy Jotham (Kory), Joey Jotham (Heidi) and Rhonda Abbott (Lynn); his pets, Chase, Zippy and Abby; and his partner's children, Stephan Ortiz (Kristina Garbers), John Ortiz, David Ortiz and Christina Moll. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.
