He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Jerome and Dorothy Jerome (Baker); and his siblings, Marvin, Harland, Ruby Culpitt and Deloris Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Pfaff; his children, Michael (Theresa), Lynn and Jodi Jensen (Bill); his grandchildren, Christopher of Melrose, Anthony and Jessica of Sparta; his great grandchildren, Luis, Nova and Carson; and his siblings, Roger, Maynard, Sid, David, Dorothy Christenson and Betty Graack. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
