He was predeceased by: his father Roland "Skeeter" Berz; his nephew Andrew Berz; and also, Milton and Mary Kopp. He is survived by: his mother Violet Berz (Moser); his wife Amy Berz (Kopp); his children, Shane Berz (Blanca), Caitlyn Frazee (Alex), Haley Sweeney (Jake) and Kelsey (Clay Langan); his grandchildren, Logan, Landon Berz, Otto, Rose Frazee, Ivy and Rue Sweeney; his siblings, Rol Bez, Cindy Silette (Mark), Lisa Williams (John), Mark Berz (Sara) and Kurt Berz (Erin); and also Randy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
