He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Mantzke and Dorothy Mantzke (Perkins); and his parents-in-law, Clyde and Helen Crook. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Crook; his children, Denise Lukasek (Peter), Eric Mantzke (Debbie), Jeff Mantzke (Katie) and Karl Mantzke; his grandchildren, Jennifer Erickson (Lucas), Sara Pudowski (John), Jason Lukasek (Cara), Craig Mantzke (Crystal), Kristin Mortenson (Michael), Brent Mantzke (Cora), Jesse Mantzke and Hallie Mantzke; his great grandchildren, Claire Lukasek, Penelope Pudowski, Madeline Brooks, Aiden Brooks, Uriah Erickson, Maxwell Mortenson and Annie Mortenson; his siblings-in-law, Fred Crook and Hattie Crook; his sister Virginia Euckert; and his siblings-in-law, Don Euckert, Walter Crook, Lowell Crook and Karen Crook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
