He is survived by: his spouses, Ada Dawn Lenser and Verna Joyce Williams; his children, David Quackenbush (Lori) of French Island, Tammy Yuhala (Clifford) of Becker, MN, William Quackenbush (Karla) of Lake Henry, MN, Alicia Lenz (Rod) of Henderson and Mark Kennedy of French Island, WI; his grandchildren, Jason Quackenbush, Annaleis Rogers (James), Devin Yuhala, Armas Yuhala, Dillon Quackenbush and Kristian Kennedy; his great grandchildren, Ava Mae Rogers and James Hunter Quackenbush; and his siblings, Nancy Lounsbrough of West Salem, Dan Quackenbush (Carol) of Onalaska and James Quackenbush of Sparta.
