She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwin Zwiefel and Alice Zwiefel of Sparta, WI.; her sister Delores Hutchinson; and her nephew Scott Langrehr. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Huizenga of Sparta; her siblings, Dan Zweifel (Kris) of Onalaska, Larry Zweifel (Lana) of Sparta, Mark Zweifel (Rose) of Sparta and Laurice Moskal (Bill) of Almena; her sons, John Middleton Jr. (Martha) and Troy Middleton of Sparta; and her granddaughters, Kimber Wohlhoefer, Ella Middleton and Teyla Middleton of Sparta.
