He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Flock and Rose Mary Flock; and his father-in-law Bernard Kogutkiewicz. He is survived by: his wife Sheri Kogutkiewicz; his stepfather Rich Flock; his children, Joshua Bouchette (Amanda), Hayley Pagel (Michael), Rebecca Erickson (Myron), Mallory Ramirez (Jesus), Lacey Deboer (Craig) and David Roberts; his grandchildren, Deven Bouchette, Ryan Bouchette, Quinton Thomas, Ian Thomas, Makenzie Bouchette, Gracie Thelen, Madelynn Pagel, Tristin Bouchette, Mariah Kuehl, Hunter Erickson, Sophie Erickson, Elijah Rubalcava, Elexis Ramirez, Evan Ramirez, Emiliano Ramirez, Jarvis Diercks, Addison Deboer, Penelope Deboer and Cain Deboer; his siblings, Douglas Flock (Kerry) and Tricia Meyer (Paul); and his mother-in-law Jacki Kogutkiewicz. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and step dad.
