He is survived by: his wife Gerry Higdon; his children, Allan Ender (Tony), Eric Ender (Sandy), Cindy Altman (Bruce) and Brandy Ender (Tami); his grandchildren, Nathanael Culpitt (Jessica), Bodhi Ender (Meghan), Emily McGee (Danny), Keith Ender, Kobe Culpitt and Zachary Ender; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Vivian; his sister Joyce Anderson; and his sister-in-law Beverly Ender. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
