He is survived by: his wife LuAnn; his children, April Small (Ricky Jr.), Jon Scafe (Jillian), Eric Scafe and Nick Scafe; and his former wife Gert. He is also survived by his grandchildren & many nieces & nephews & great nieces & nephews.
