She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Jotham and Sarah Jotham (Livangood); her husband Douglas Lakowske; and her siblings, Eugene, Fred Jotham, Alice Millard, Phyllis Brooks and Whylis Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Lakowske (Joan) of Sparta, Larry Lakowske (Sheryl) of Sparta, Calvin Lakowske (Deb) and Yvonne Zibrowski (David) of Sparta; her grandchildren, Scott Lakowske (Kelly) of Sparta, Melissa Roningen (Jeff) of Sparta, T. J, Mark Lakowske of Sparta, Ryan Lakowske (Becky) of Sparta, Brian Lakowske (Jessica), Brad Lakowske (Karen Salis) of Eau Claire, Amy Zibrowski of Sparta, Sarah Looman (Brennan) of Stone Lake and Heather Rinehart (Jimmy) of Sparta; her great grandchildren, Mitch (Chelsea), Chase (Erica), Taylor, Garett, Dexton, Zavien, Mavryn, Calvin, Brooke, Emory and Ava; her brothers, William Jotham (Sharon) of Cataract and Carson Jotham (Karen) of Cataract; and her sister-in-law Barb Jotham of Cataract.
