He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Evins and Louise Evins. He is survived by: his wife Lena Hizer; his son Wayne; his brother Jimmy (Jackie); and also Anita Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
