He was predeceased by: his fiancée Amanda Santa Clara; his grandfathers, Donald Gebhardt, Sr. (Twyla) and Robert Buckhannon; his cousin Teresa Lamon; his grandfather Kenneth Middleton (Betty); and his cousin Jenny Ripp.
He is survived by: his parents, Joan Buckhannon (Robert) and Gary Middleton (Dilynn); his grandmother Daisy Buckhannon; his siblings, Jamie Zillmer (Amy), Shana Middleton and Misty Short; and his daughters, Gracey and Justice. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
