He is survived by: his wife Mollie; his sons, Paul Van Wormer (Jenny) of Yucca Valley, CA and Mark (Stacy) of Sparta; his grandchildren, Kimberly Caddell (Ben), Adam, Keegan and Kiara Van Wormer (Joe Parent); his great grandchildren, Owen, Valerie and Vincent; and his uncle LeRoy Laack of Dickeyville, WI. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
