Jeanne M. Hesselberg Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne M. Hesselberg of Sparta, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Hesselberg (Leonhardt) and Hugh Hesselberg (Bud). She is survived by: her husband Leonard Schaitel; her children, Matthew Schaitel (Angela), Kristin Schaitel (Jeremy) and Jacob Schaitel (Debbie); her grandchildren, Tessa-Ann Schaitel, Corey Schaitel (Lindsay), Jacob Schaitel (Shyan), Dakota Schaitel (Alyssa), Jesse Schaitel, Kody Schaitel, Gerret Szaflarski and Maya Lee (Nathan); and her great grandchild Jordon Schoulars.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Life Assembly of God Church (720 Avon Rd, Sparta, WI 54656). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Rockland Cemetery.
