It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Carol Chapiewsky of Sparta, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Olson and Alice Olson (Erickson); her husband LaVern "Chip" Chapiewsky; her son LeRoy Chapiewsky; her granddaughter Heather Chapiewsky; and her brother James Olson.
She is survived by: her children, Mary VonRuden (Fred) of Sparta, WI and Walter Chapiewsky of Leon, WI; and her sister Joyce Johnson of Cataract, WI. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
