He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Woodworth and Mary Woodworth (Standiford); and his siblings, Jean Womick (Ken), Nina Clark (Otis), Betty Sanders (Carl), Shirley White (Chuck), Ellen Rameck, Jane Woodworth, Blanche Egebrecht (Marshall), Gary Woodworth (Kathryn) and Donald "Red" Woodworth.
He is survived by: his former wife Carol Bohm; his wife Mary Jane Peth; his children, Brenda Gaier (Jim), Paula Caucutt (Steve) and Scott Woodworth (Kelly); his grandchildren, Travis, Ashley, Emma and Hudson; his siblings, Sheila Heineck (Steve), Sally Gray (Steve), Alan Woodworth (Peggy) and DeWitt Woodworth; and his sister-in-law Peggy Wright (Richard). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
