He is survived by: his children, Michael James (Denise) of Sparta and Barbara Suzanne (Neil); his grandchildren, Bill (Beth) of Sparta, Travis (Amy) of West Bend, Chelsea (Ryan) and Courtney of Carol Stream, IL; and his brother Dick Ford (Sarah) of Minneola, FL. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and many other nieces and nephews.
