He is survived by: his sister Audrey Hoekstra of Abbotsford, WI; his nieces, Tayo Greene of Fort Atkinson, Debbie Bartz of Merrill, Sherry Chatfield of Watertown, Melody Buetow of Waukesha and Holly Holick of Hancock; his close friend Kate Nevin of La Crosse; and his cousins, Steve Boris (Linda) of Sparta, Greg Ball (Ellen) of Cassville and Buzz Hemstock (Marilyn) of Sparta. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
