He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lincoln of Sparta and Bill Owen of Bettendorf, IA; his nieces and nephews, Bob, Kathy Zay of Sparta, Jeff, Tammy Zay of Sparta, Ann, Mike Phillips of Altoona, Stephanie, Mike James of Oshkosh, Chris Lincoln of Sparta, Cathy Owen of Bettendorf, Amy and Ted Welter of Iowa City, IA.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sarah Zay, Becky, Ryan Lakowske, Marsha Zay, Jennifer, Steve Borowski, Justin Zay, Jeremy Zay, Mallory Phillips, Hannah Phillips, Matt Phillips, Maddie James, Luke James, Liz James, Derek Lincoln, Tyren Lincoln, Ashton Lincoln, Morgan Welter, Mason Welter and Emma Welter; and also, Colette and Terry Burkwalt.
