He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neal and Bessie Neal (Potter); his wife Connie; and his daughter Tabitha Neal. He is survived by: his former wife Constance Mae Buchannon; and his children, Gary W. Neal (Pam), Sherri Neal, David Neal, Dane Neal (Thresa) and Tasmania Edmison (Billy). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
