Jadack of Sparta, Wisconsin, born in Blenker, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Altmann and Rose Altmann (Flateau); her husband Wallace J. Jadack; and her siblings, John "Jack", Frederick, Mary, Richard and Rev. Robert Altmann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rosemary Jadack of Sparta, Margaret "Peggy" Jadack of Sparta and Jane Jadack (Melissa) of Rochester, MN.
