She was predeceased by: her parents, Clare Schwarz and Elaine Schwarz of Sparta, WI.; and her sister Margaret Raiten. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her siblings, Mary Smothers (Robert), James Schwarz (Mary), Stephanie Tatzel, Melchior Schwarz (Deb), Amelia Schanhofer (Dave Pottinger), Doug Schwarz (Deb) and Michelle Dzurik (Jeff); and her brother-in-law Malend Raiten. She is also survived by six adopted children; many grand and great-grandchildren.
