He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Chambers and Shirley Chambers (Wacker); his sister Tami Church; and his nephew Travis Schmidt. He is survived by: his sisters, Kim Schmidt (Ken) of West Salem, Candi Brown (Larry) of Sparta and Dawn Chambers of Sparta; his nieces and nephews, Amanda Church, Nick Schmidt (Rae), Trevor Schmidt, Sawyer Brown and Spencer Brown (McKenzie Keiser); and his great-nephews, Payton Hamilton and Parker Church. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
