It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Denise A. Ford of Sparta, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stokes and Rose Stokes; and her parents-in-law, Jim and Kay Ford. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Ford (Beth) of Sparta, WI and Travis Ford (Amy) of West Bend, WI; her grandchildren, Claire, Brayden and Declan; her sister Deborah Velez (Andy); her niece Nycol Velez (Keith); and her former husband Michael Ford. She is also survived by her family and friends.
All monetary gifts will be donated to the All Abilities Playground to be built in Sparta in honor of Denise.
