He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Myers and Margaret Myers (Klar); his daughter Angie Slezak (Myers); his stepson-in-law Mike Onshus; his stepgrandson Eric Schultenover; his siblings, Rodney Myers and Charlene Myers; his nephew Aaron Roth; and his brothers-in-law, George Bennett and John Roth.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Miller of Sparta; his children, Trudy Joy (Rob) of Eastman, WI, Todd Myers (Susie) of Holmen and Ryan Myers (Kay) of Stoughton, WI; his stepchildren, Lori Krage (Dave Laumb) of Rushford, MN, Dave Schultenover (Deb) of Babcock Ranch, FL, Chris Schultenover of Chicago, Tim Schultenover (Melissa) of Sparta and Julie Onshus of Cashton, WI; and his sisters, Donna Lee Bennett of Ephraim, WI and Mary Roth of Carmel, IN.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 step grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
