He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Hendricks and Alice Hendricks (West); his wife Nancy Hammon; and his brother Curtis Hendricks. He is survived by: his grandsons, Joe, Boy Choir and Ireland; his daughter Jill Coughlin (Dan); his grandsons, Joseph David Coughlin, La Crosse and Alex Thomas Coughlin (Britta); his great grandchildren, Shepherd John and Forde Hendricks Coughlin of El Cerrito, CA; and his sister Juno Anderson (Ken) of Camarillo, CA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
