He is survived by: his significant other Blanche Helgesen; his daughter Annette Matson (Eric); his granddaughters, Harley Filter and Willow Matson; his children, Dave and Angela; his siblings, Randy Shaw (Rose) of Sparta, Chuck Shaw of Sparta, Vickie Wieman (John) of Sparta, Ken Shaw of Sparta, Sandy Gonzalez of Manitowoc, WI and Linda Reeves of Colorado; and his aunt Garnett Sams of Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
