He is survived by: his wife Shirley Switz of Paul's Lutheran Church; his children, Steven Hagen (Susan) of Sparta and Cheryl Brumbly (Mike) of Sparta; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Lueck (Brad) of West Salem, Trevor Hagen (Tracy) of Sparta, Trent Hagen (Kellie) of Sparta and Erik Hagen of Sparta; his great grandchildren, Caitlynn, Carson, Cameron Luek, Tavin, Ella, Caleb, Mason, Alayna Hagen, Evelyn Hollman, Jada and Dayne Munson; and his sister Dorothy Bernett (Bruce) of Melvina.
