She is survived by: her children, Tonja Olson and Kristi Simmons (Samuel); her grandchildren, Christopher Olson (Melissa), Benjamin, Caroline and Lev Simmons; her great grandchildren, Emma, Katherine and Anna Olson; and her brother Robert Knutson (Chris). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
