He is survived by: his wife Audrey Lorenz; his children, Tracy Olson (Robert) of Sparta, WI, Samuel Polhamus of Sparta, WI, Valarie Gerardy (Pat) of Sparta, WI, Boyd Polhamus (Sandee) of Sparta, WI and Andy Polhamus (Traci) of Sparta, WI; and his sister Marcelene Brenner of Eau Claire, WI. He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
