It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester W. Schanhofer (Sparta, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Schanhofer and Veronica Brueggeman; his former wife Janet Schanhofer (Tucker); and his grandchildren, Melinda Jacobson and Ryan Jacobson.
He is survived by: his children, Initially and Chet; his friend Gene Ostrem; his wife Jone Gamble; his children, David, Jane Schanhofer, Steve, Deanna Rickert, Jake and Danelle Jacobson; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Jared, Allison Rickert, Melisa, Michael, Colin, Rachel Jacobson, John Kast and Kellie Hagen (Trent). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
