He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Parker and Petra Parker (Peterson); and his siblings, Virginia, Verdella Parker (Sue) and Phillip Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Cleveland of Sparta; his son Brandon Slawson; his stepchildren, Julie Abbott of Tomah, Mike Cleveland and Sue Cleveland of Sparta; his grandchildren, Tasha Donais of Sparta and Josh Cleveland of Tomah; and his sister Beverly Kulikowski (Dan Paisley) of Sparta. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
