He was predeceased by: his father Robert Johnson (Bob); his uncles, Ronald Johnson and Allan Jones (Skip); his parents-in-law, Brian Brackett and Mary Miner; and his grandparents, Harvey and Helen Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Johnson (Jones); his wife Lisa Brackett; his children, Laina Thalacker (Justin) of Chippewa Falls, WI, Stephanie Pearson (Neil) of Maple, WI and Jack Sundvick (Kalsey) of Ironwood, MI; his grandchildren, Dawson, Bella, Aubree, Mavrick, Little Jack, Leon and Alaiya; his sister Renee Priem (Jeff); and his nieces and nephews, Jeffery (Briana), Trevor, Bryce Priem, Cooper and Enzlee Priem. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home (1209 E 5th St, Superior, WI 54880). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Checkerboard Bar (3957 County Rd E, South Range, WI 54874).
