McDowell; his daughters, Terry McGinnis (Mike) of Winnebago, MN, Catherine Harty of South Range, Colleen Harty of Superior and Wendy Polson South (Randy); and his grandchildren, Alyssa Helle (Duane) of New Ulm, MN, Briana McGinnis of Charleston, SC, Michael McGinnis (Nicole Sandstrom) of Minneapolis, Corinna Decker (Dewayne), Amanda Powe, Jr. (Paul) of South Range, Johnie Harty of South Range, Corrie Harty (Steve Christner) of Trego, WI, Casey Ostman (Kodi Brunner) of Hedgesville, WV, Bradley Matousek, Craig Polson (Abigail) of Cottage Grove, MN, Lydia Schroeder (Shane), Duluth and Megan Maki (Jerry) of South Range. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
