She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Ritter and Elsie Ritter (Markon); her husband John Hooker; and her siblings, Velma Flemming, Pat Massie and Roger Ritter.
She is survived by: her pet Tina; her sons, Daniel Ray Ziegler of San Francisco, CA, Kelly Ziegler of Alborn, MN and Joseph David Ziegler of Duluth, MN; her stepdaughter Deanne Hooker; her grandchildren, Rhett, Allie and Chevra Ziegler; and her stepgrandchildren, Breanne Tapani (Jens Gregerson) and Jadon Stone (Jenna).
