He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Gustafson and Elsie Gustafson (Saalasti); his son Dennis; and his siblings, Dennis and Delores Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughter Lisa Gustafson (Darren Coryell); and his siblings, Dale Gustafson (Gina), Diane Hildebrandt and Doris Lemone (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
