She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Balacavage and Mary Balacavage; her husband Joe Benak; her sons, Joseph and Edward; her grandson Corey Bergstrom; and her siblings, Agnes, Eva, Alice, Frances, Veronica and Anthony.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Becker (Richard) and Barb Bergstrom (Pat); her grandchildren, Joe Benak (Kari) of Alex Benak, PJ and April Kauffman (Kevin); and her great grandchild Evelyn Benak.
