He is survived by: his spouse Laurie; his siblings, Victor (Ruth), Rick, Rusty (late Carol), Robert (Kathy), Cindy and Steven; and his nieces and nephews, Angela, Samantha, Jonathan, Joey, Christopher, Joshua, Carl, Michelle, Leanna, Deanna, Taylor and Kyle. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
