He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harabes and Anna Marie Harabes; and his brother John George Harabes. He is survived by: his significant other Muriel Bohlmann; his children, Linda Baerber, Kristine Fixari (Paul) and Eric "Rick" Harabes (late Darlene); his granddaughters, Karen Weber and Pamela Hudson; and his great grandchildren, Magan, Brent Weber, Tynisha Nunn and Hezekiah Higgins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Salvation Army or the Wehr Nature Center would be appreciated.
