With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Kaczmarek (South Milwaukee, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 23, 2021 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sandra Kaczmarek to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Clifford Blake Jr., Jeffery Blake and Bill Blake; and her parents, Clifford Sr. Blake and Anne Pospichal Blake.

She is survived by: her husband Keith; her children, Tracy Kaczmarek (Denis Shub), Troy Kaczmarek and Tricia Igwe (Sam); her grandchildren, Maxwell, Lauren and Alexander; and her siblings, Harriet Stamm (Tom), Caroll Stachurski (Rusty), Paul Blake (Kay) and Tom Blake (Violet). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Ronald McDonald House appreciated.
