She is survived by: her son Philip Siemik (Heidi); her grandchildren, Logan Siemik and Heather Carlson (Jason Alvarez); her great grandchildren, Aubree and Kaylee; and her siblings, Irene Reitman, Steven Stelske, Christine Tolkacz and George Slayman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
