He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Forrest "Buddy" Wendlick (Colleen) and Moriah Herek (James); his grandchildren, Gage, Amanda, Savannah and Spencer; his siblings, Raymond Jr., Thomas and Sandra LaFaive (James); and his close friends, Dennis and Marilyn Malicki. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
