He is survived by: his wife Joan Simeone (Nee Kelhofer); his daughters, Laura Jazwiecki and Linda Southgate; his grandchildren, Tom Jazwiecki, Pete Jazwiecki (Christie), Monica Varrelmann (Andy), Addison Southgate and Caleb Southgate; and his great grandchildren, Eli Jazwiecki, Ezra Jazwiecki and Ben Varrelmann. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
