With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip M. Stevens Sr. (South Milwaukee, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 8, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Phillip Stevens Jr. (Theresa), Cory Stevens and Mandi Molkentine (Randy); his grandchildren, Aaliyah, Dylan and Cami; his daughter Denise Stevens; and his siblings, Dennis, John and Judy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
