He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth; his parents, John Ham and Edith Ham; and his sister Elsa Ham. He is survived by: his children, Laura Luedtke (Matthew) and Matthew Ham; his grandchildren, Paige Widenski, Braden and Keira Luedtke; and his sibling Jean Bradbury (late Byron). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
