She was predeceased by: her former husband Ronald. She is survived by: her children, David Malkowski and Beth Potrykus (Scott); her grandchildren, Evan Potrykus (Brittany), Alexander Potrykus (Sami), Ethan Potrykus, Griffen Potrykus (Jensen) and Paige Bolen; her great grandchild Raziel Bolen; her sister Mary Ihrig; her fiancé Edward Kopelke; and her friend Sass. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
