She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Tryniszewski and Virginia Tryniszewski. She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Jaworski and Michael Tryniszewski (Debra); her nieces, Catherine Jaworski, Christine Jaworski and Melissa Brahm (Shane); her nephew Kevin Tryniszewski (Stephanie); her great-nephew Joshua Tryniszewski; her goddaughter Nikita Usky; and her aunts, Mercy Usky and Carol Bieszk.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Lung Association are appreciated.
