She is survived by: her husband Patrick; her children, Nicole Constantine (Chris), Bryan (Angie), Kristen Zick (Michael) and Lisa Hochevar (John); her grandchildren, Bella, Laykin, Josh, Cassidy, Caden of Faith, JJ, Lilly, Patrick, Ava and Max; and her siblings, John Gerek and Lynn Meusy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
