He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Amanda; and his siblings, John Van Eimeren (late Jerrith) and Jerry Van Eimeren (late Nancy). He is survived by: his wife Esther J. Van Eimeren; his children, Elizabeth Van Eimeren, Christopher Van Eimeren and Geoffrey Van Eimeren (Cindy); his grandchild Allison; and his siblings, Jordan Van Eimeren (late Diantha), Christine Koerner (Douglas) and Margaret Czaicki (Duane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin appreciated.
